The Opportunity We are scaling a portfolio of high-performing faceless YouTube channels and need a top-tier video editor to join our production team. While our current immediate need involves clean, luxury listicle formats, we are actively expanding into high-tension investigative and bodycam niches. If you have the storytelling chops to edit for maximum retention across multiple formats, you are exactly who we are looking for. What We Provide (Our Pipeline) We run a highly organized operation. For every video, you will receive a single, organized Google Drive folder containing: A finalized, retention-optimized script. High-quality AI voiceover tracks divided into clearly labeled sections. A complete brand kit with strict guidelines on colors, fonts, and overlay specifications. What You Will Do Source high-quality, copyright-safe b-roll and sync it perfectly to the voiceover. Implement clean text overlays and graphics that strictly follow our brand kit. Build out subtle, professional sound design and mix light background music to keep viewers engaged. Pace the edit strategically using pattern interrupts to maximize Average View Duration. Project Details & Logistics Video Style: Faceless explainer and listicle formats. No screen recordings, no face on camera. Clean, simple, and retention-focused. Length: 15 to 25 minutes per video. Turnaround: 3 to 4 days per video once the asset folder is delivered. Volume: 2 to 3 videos per week for the right candidate. Onboarding: We will start with a single, fully paid trial video to test workflow and compatibility.
