Description I need a detail-focused VA to research LinkedIn leads and maintain an outreach tracker for a B2B validation project. Not a sales-closing role. I'm targeting people likely to experience repeated admin, missed follow-ups, messy handovers, or process gaps — e.g. estate agency/lettings staff, property managers, recruitment consultants, admin/office managers, operations assistants, small business owners, customer service managers, team coordinators. Deliverable: Spreadsheet of 50 high-quality leads with: name, LinkedIn URL, job title, company, industry, location, relevance reason, suggested outreach angle, outreach status, and notes. Quality bar: No scraped lists. Each lead must plausibly deal with admin overload, poor handovers, manual processes, or coordination problems. Quality over quantity. Tools: LinkedIn, Google Sheets/Excel, solid research and written English. Sales Navigator a plus, not required. Trial first: Paid trial of 10 leads before the full 50. If quality is good, I'll continue with the full list and possibly ongoing weekly work. Budget: Quote either an hourly rate + estimated hours, or a fixed price for 50 leads. I expect ~5-8 hours total.
