Summary

This role is aprox. 5-10 Hours PW, customer-focused and you will be providing day-to-day support across the following: Managing large amounts of incoming email and chat bot enquiries Answering detailed product and service questions Identifying and fulfilling customer needs to achieve satisfaction Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives Writing effective and useful help articles Carrying out development test plans as per development team’s requests.
