Resubmit *****MUST USE Google Drive AND BE ABLE TO ACCEPT RAW PROJECT & be able to decode MTS files**** *********************DETAILS FOR THIS CONTRACT***************************************** Wedding Video Editor Part A: Looking for final files in 2 formats. I want to be able to burn to a DVD and then also a BRD. Video should be about 1.0 hours total to 1.5 hrs total. Part 1 will be in 3 phases: 1-Provide edited copy. I will review it and give you feedback. You will make the changes as requested. Timeline: 2 weeks after fully downloaded Basic Editing Outline (***IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE FOR THE VIDEO SEQUENCE*** for the wedding video: *Anything involving the bride or groom getting ready before the wedding *Incorporate Drone shots *Incorporate hand held DJI Gimble Shots *Shots of sign *Shots of venue outside and inside (if available) *Any audio of groom / bride reading a letter *First Look *Use 100 % of the ceremony with natural audio. During the ceremony we are looking for the best camera angle. Also, not leaving that camera angle on too long as a static shot unless it's warranted to the story. Audio is available in multiple locations including from camera 1, camera 2 and camera 3 and then a third independent recorder. *You can use any music for the picture session after the ceremony. This can be some type of popular song that would be accepted by audiences of all ages. *Any footage from the ride from the ceremony site to the reception site can be used. *Must have footage included of the introductions, welcome speech(es), bride & groom speech, dinner prayer, cake cutting, Best Man & Maid of Honor speeches and any other kissing games, etc. (if available) *For the dance aspect of this video please use the full dances for the First Dance, Father Daughter Dance and Mother Son Dance. *For the rest of the video you can do a video montage using any popular song of the best parts of the dance. *At the end of the video please add the EBV logo ending which will be in DropBox. It's a 10 second or less logo that flies across the screen. 2-Will watch with client. Client will give feedback. You will make the changes and finalize. Timeline: 5-8 days 3-Deliver final revisions. Timeline: 4 days Part B (to be completed after Part A): Deliver 2-3 minute highlight using "royalty free music" edited to the music. ****Please provide source of this royalty free song you use.**** Need to provide in two formats as: 1-Raw in CS4 or Final Cut 7 versions and 2-.mov format This video should be provided with our branding and without (Branding being bug in the lower left corner for the highlight video and a special ending that we will provide you as a .mov file) Contractor must have Google Drive.
