We're looking for a photographer for an intimate wedding on Saturday, July 18, 2026 in Houston, TX. Coverage: 4:30–8:30 PM (4 hours) Location: 775 Gellhorn Drive, Houston, TX 77029 Shot timeline: - 4:30 PM — Bridal party portraits at venue (pre-ceremony) - 5:00 PM — Detail shots: rings, cake, florals, decor, hexagon ceremony backdrop - 5:30 PM — Guests arriving candids - 6:00 PM — Ceremony (approx. 25 minutes) - 6:30 PM — Couple portraits + wedding party group shots; step & repeat open for guests - 7:00 PM — Reception: dinner, toasts, cake cutting, dancing candids - 8:30 PM — End of coverage Event details: - 70 person guest count - Indoor/outdoor venue - Hexagon floral backdrop used for ceremony, then we’ll reposition it to serve as a photo station - Step & repeat available for guest photos What we're looking for: - Portfolio showing weddings or events with similar scale and style (warm, intimate, editorial) - Turnaround time and deliverable format (gallery link, USB, etc.) - Pricing for 4-hour coverage and number of edited digitals - No aerial photography required To apply, please share your portfolio, pricing, and availability.
