Junior Full Stack Developer (Project Based, Long Term Collaboration)

We build real world web applications, SaaS products, AI solutions, and custom software for international clients. We are looking for a reliable Junior Full Stack Developer who can collaborate with our team on a project basis. This is not a traditional full time position. Instead, tasks and project milestones will be assigned as needed, and compensation will be provided on a fixed price basis for completed work. We are looking for someone who can become a long term part of our development network and is available whenever project requirements arise. if you have read this, please write your proposal with the word "parrot" at the beginning. What We're Looking For We need a developer who: * Has strong knowledge of Front End Development and Full Stack Development. * Can work independently and deliver assigned tasks without constant supervision. * Is responsive and available when project work is assigned. * Can adapt to different client projects and technical requirements. * Communicates clearly and proactively. * Is comfortable working in a fast paced remote environment. * Can scale their availability based on project requirements. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain web applications for client projects. * Complete assigned project tasks and milestones within agreed timelines. * Build responsive frontend interfaces and backend functionality. * Integrate APIs, databases, and third party services. * Debug, optimize, and improve existing applications. * Collaborate with senior developers and project leads. * Provide regular progress updates during active projects. * Identify blockers early and communicate them promptly.
