Junior Graphic Designer | Figma | Ecommerce | Part-Time → Full-Time

The Pod Company is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This is a part-time remote contractor position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right person. We’re a fast-growing wellness brand selling cold plunges, saunas, red light therapy, and recovery products across the U.S., UK, and Europe. Every design we create helps customers understand our products, trust our brand, and ultimately purchase from us. What You’ll Be Designing You’ll support our Senior Designer across a wide variety of creative projects, including: * Marketing emails and Klaviyo campaigns * Product pages and landing pages * Social media posts and advertisements * Printed leaflets and product inserts * Product packaging and labels * Website banners and promotional graphics * General marketing assets for our ecommerce business No two days are the same, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety and learns quickly. What We’re Looking For * Strong Figma skills (required) * Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop * A clean, modern design style with strong attention to detail * Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality * Comfortable following established brand guidelines * Experience designing for ecommerce brands is a strong advantage * Experience using AI tools to improve your workflow is a big plus * Strong written English and good communication skills Compensation * Part-time contractor position through Upwork * $5-$20/hour, depending on experience and portfolio * Opportunity to grow into a full-time position with The Pod Company How to Apply Please include: * Your portfolio (required) * A short introduction about yourself * Your experience with Figma * Examples of ecommerce, email, social media, or product design work (if available) Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
