Junior US Litigation Attorney - Crypto Asset Recovery

We need a US licensed litigation attorney for ongoing civil recovery support involving crypto and blockchain asset recovery matters. Junior or entry level is fine. New York or California admission is preferred, but other US jurisdictions are acceptable if you are responsive, practical, and willing to dig into messy facts. This is intended to be a long term, part time litigation support role. We will start with a paid two to five hour trial task, then continue with recurring drafting, research, and strategy work if the fit is strong. Work may include: - Settlement and demand letters - Pre suit negotiation support - Complaint drafting and claim outlines - Factual timeline review - Exhibit organization and citation support - Civil recovery research involving fraud, conversion, unjust enrichment, asset tracing, crypto or blockchain transactions, subpoenas, freezing or restraining remedies, judgment enforcement, or similar issues This is not a senior partner search. We want someone sharp, ethical, high energy, and gritty: able to move quickly, ask direct questions, work from imperfect facts, and produce usable litigation drafts. Crypto or asset recovery experience is strongly preferred, but not required if you are a fast learner with solid litigation drafting instincts.
