About the role: We run performance-marketing campaigns across many ad accounts, and we need a sharp, organized Junior Buyer to keep that operation tight. You'll live in the ad accounts — reviewing performance, hunting for problems and opportunities, and turning what you find into clear, specific suggestions for our Creative Strategist. You'll also keep the pod moving by organizing the day-to-day work of our Infrastructure Engineer and Creative Editor. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone who is naturally organized, curious, and proactive. You don't need to be a senior strategist — you need to spot what matters, communicate it clearly, and keep the people around you on track. It's also a launchpad, not a holding pattern. We're hiring the Junior Buyer as the first step on a deliberate path to a senior buying seat, and we'll actively groom the right person toward it — growing your scope, autonomy, and performance-based incentives up to 5 figures per month as you prove yourself. If you're confident you're a stronger media buyer than your title so far suggests, this is the place to show it — and to be rewarded for it. What you'll do: Review accounts — Regularly go through our ad accounts, read the numbers, and bring concrete, prioritized suggestions to the Creative Strategist: what's working, what's slipping, and what to try next. Run recon — Proactively hunt for issues, problems, and opportunities — in our own accounts and across the competitive landscape (competitor ads, funnels, and angles) — and turn them into clear, actionable findings. Organize and manage the pod's day-to-day — Keep the Infrastructure Engineer and Creative Editor organized and on track: prioritize their work, unblock them, and make sure the right things get built and edited at the right time. Keep things documented — Maintain clean, organized records of accounts, findings, and tasks so nothing slips and the whole team can see status at a glance. Requirements: Exceptional organization and attention to detail — you work from lists, track everything, and keep other people's work on schedule without being chased. Comfortable in paid-social / Meta ad accounts — you can read campaign performance (spend, CTR, CPL, etc.), spot what's off, and recognize what a healthy account looks like. Analytical and curious — you dig into account data and competitor activity and come back with insights, not just observations. Clear communicator — you turn findings into tight, specific recommendations and coordinate smoothly across teammates. Proactive and reliable — you go looking for problems and opportunities before anyone asks, and you follow through. Strong written English and significant daily overlap with US Eastern hours. Nice to have: Affiliate / CPA / performance-marketing experience. Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience. Familiarity with ad-spy / competitive-research tools. Exposure to tracking tools (RedTrack, Voluum, or similar). Experience coordinating or lightly managing a small team. Compensation: $1,200–$2,000/month + performance-based incentives · Hours: Significant daily overlap with US Eastern (target ≥7 hours)
