Junior Product Manager

Key responsibilities Provide day-to-day support to government clients and triage their queries Assist with platform implementations for new clients Run product demonstrations and training sessions (initially with senior support, then independently) Maintain user-facing documentation, guides and training materials Gather user feedback and pass insights to the Senior Product Manager Support coordination between clients and internal delivery teams Help track delivery progress and flag risks or blockers Essential experience & skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident, professional manner when dealing with clients Well organised, with an ability to manage your own time and tasks Attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation Willingness to learn quickly and take ownership of your work Eligibility to live and work in the UK Willingness and ability to obtain clearance (BPSS, SC or higher) Desirable experience Some experience in product, project, delivery or customer success (including internships, placements or graduate schemes) Exposure to SaaS, ICT or public-sector environments Awareness of Agile or Scrum delivery frameworks Experience presenting or training non-technical audiences What we offer An accessible entry point into product management with mentoring from a Senior PM Fully remote working from anywhere in the UK Hourly rate via PAYE (£20–30/hour, based on experience) Initial 6-month contract with a clear path to extension Hands-on experience supporting services used across UK government
