Summary

We are Manuav, a B2B sales center with our own team of sales professionals whom we also deploy for our clients. We continuously train new colleagues and bring them up to a professional level through a structured internal training system. To support this, we're looking for a "German Junior Sales Coach" who helps us with coaching and develops our up-and-coming talent step by step toward real sales quality — during live operations and based on our existing training framework. Important: This is a long-term cooperation. We're not looking to fill a one-off project. We want to build a lasting working relationship and grow the role together over time. Your tasks: Guide new colleagues in B2B sales and bring them up to a defined level Support our coaching: give feedback, review calls, work on technique and confidence Work with our existing training material and put it into practice What you bring: Hands-on experience in B2B sales in the german / DACH market Fluent german native speaker, this is essential, as all coaching happens in German A genuine interest in passing on knowledge and developing people What we offer: Full onboarding into our system and methodology A long-term, ongoing collaboration rather than a single project A flexible start: from 10-20 hours per week by arrangement, with room to expand You won't have to carry everything alone — you'll work with an established team and clear structures.
