Summary

The Junior SDR is a client-facing entry-level sales role attached to the Sales department. The role supports the top-of-funnel sales process by responding immediately to new leads, using scripts and playbooks to guide basic qualification, helping schedule consultations, documenting client conversations, and keeping simple follow-up moving during the assigned shift. Its job is to build strong fundamentals in communication, speed, organization, CRM discipline, and client care while making sure every new lead receives a professional first response, a clear next step, and proactive pursuit until a real connection is made or the lead is properly closed in the system. The role requires steady availability during the assigned Arizona-hours shift, coachability, responsiveness, and the ability to follow systems carefully. How well this role runs directly affects lead response time, appointment volume, CRM accuracy, and the quality of the first client experience. Speed and tenacity are the job: a missed call, unanswered text, or no-reply email is not a closed loop. Key Daily Responsibilities ● Response speed. New calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries are handled immediately during the assigned shift, with same-shift call-backs and texts when a lead does not answer. ● Lead coverage. Every assigned lead has a clear status and next step before the end of the shift; no missed call or unanswered message is treated as a closed loop. ● Proactive pursuit. Open opportunities are actively moved forward, not passively watched; every lead is treated as a priority until it is booked, escalated, or properly closed with a clear outcome in the system. ● Appointment accuracy. Scheduled consultations include correct client information, address, service interest, preferred times, and relevant notes. ● Follow-up discipline. Follow-up cadence is followed persistently until contact is made, an appointment is booked, or the lead is properly closed. ● CRM hygiene. ClickUp, Jobber, GoTo, and other assigned systems are kept updated with clear notes and accurate statuses. ● Escalation judgment. Hot, confused, complex, VIP, or unhappy leads are escalated quickly to the right person. ● Message monitoring. Assigned communication channels are checked consistently throughout the shift so opportunities are actively chased, not passively watched. ● Shift handoff. Pending conversations, urgent leads, and unresolved items are documented before the shift ends. ● Coachability. Feedback is applied quickly, and scripts/playbooks are followed consistently. Required ● Strong English communication skills, written and spoken. Client communication is handled primarily in English. ● Professional, friendly, responsive, and persistent communication style. ● Coachability and willingness to follow scripts, SOPs, and playbooks closely. ● Basic organization, attention to detail, and ability to keep notes and statuses updated. ● Comfortable using technology, CRMs, messaging platforms, scheduling tools, and Google Workspace. ● Ability to work independently during the assigned shift while asking for help when needed. ● Reliable availability Monday through Friday, 15H00 - 19H00 Phoenix time, with flexibility during high season when needed. ● Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback. A plus, but not required ● Previous customer service, appointment setting, call center, or sales experience. ● Spanish proficiency. We operate bilingually internally; client-facing communication is in English. ● Experience with home services, construction, landscape, or similar service-based businesses. ● Familiarity with ClickUp, Jobber, GoTo, Slack, Loom, or other CRM/communication platforms. If this sounds like the kind of role where you would thrive, we’d be excited to meet you. We value attention to detail, so if you’ve made it this far, please start your cover letter with: “I love tacos.”
