Paying $700 per month Junk Removal Operations Manager Required to send loom video introduction yourself, pretending to take a junk removal sales call, and then tell us about yourself. We are hiring an operations manager to help run our junk removal business. This role includes handling inbound leads, booking jobs, managing schedules, tracking employees, and helping ensure daily operations run smoothly. Responsibilities Answer inbound sales calls and texts Book jobs and manage schedules in Jobber Follow up with leads and estimates Track employees and ensure crews are on time Communicate daily plans with crews Monitor job progress and customer updates Track business data and performance Requirements Strong English communication skills American accent or close to it Organized and reliable Comfortable with phone sales and customer communication Experience with Jobber or similar software preferred Able to multitask and solve problems quickly Preferred Experience in junk removal, dispatching, or home services Sales or customer service experience Leadership and operations experience Required to send loom video introduction yourself, pretending to take a junk removal sales call, and then tell us about yourself.
