Summary

We are developing a collectible enamel pin program for KAUST NTI employees. The pins will celebrate workplace culture, event participation, innovation, collaboration, startups, and hidden achievements. We are looking for a designer who can create a modern, playful, highly collectible visual style featuring bold colors, simple illustrations, mascot-style characters, and cohesive collection branding. Initial engagement will focus on concept development for selected pins before expanding into a larger collection. Attached creative brief for more information.
