KDP & IngramSpark Publishing Setup Specialist (Children's Book Catalog)

VE Publishing is a children's book IP company seeking a detail-oriented virtual assistant with experience setting up books on Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Barnes & Noble Press, Apple Books, and Kobo. We have an 18-title children's book catalog that needs to be fully set up across all major publishing platforms in draft/unpublished mode (not live — we will activate releases on our own schedule). Responsibilities: Create and manage publisher accounts on KDP, IngramSpark, B&N Press, Apple Books, and Kobo Enter all title metadata per book (title, author, description, categories, keywords, age range, pricing) Upload formatted interior files and cover files provided by us Set up each title in draft mode — not published Assign ISBNs we provide to each title per platform Maintain a tracking spreadsheet showing setup status per title per platform Flag any file errors or platform rejections for our review Requirements: Proven experience with Amazon KDP and IngramSpark specifically Familiarity with children's book categories and metadata Strong attention to detail — metadata accuracy is critical Able to follow a title checklist and work independently Reliable communication with weekly status updates Samples or past work setting up book titles preferred Project Details: 18 titles across 5 platforms Files and metadata will be provided by us Draft setup only — no marketing or promotion required Prefer to start immediately To Apply: Please share examples of books you have previously set up on KDP or IngramSpark, and confirm your experience with children's book categories and fixed-layout or illustrated book formatting requirements.
