Kajabi Course Build — 12 Week Breathing Biomechanics & Nervous System Program

About the Project I am looking for an experienced Kajabi specialist to build out a complete 12 weeks online group coaching program on my Kajabi account. The program is called The Breath Reboot, Biomechanics, Physiology, Neuroscience and Nervous System, delivered under my brand The Breath Mechanic. The platform is already set up. I need someone to build the full course structure, upload all content, configure the drip release schedule, set up the coaching product for private sessions, and ensure the entire client experience looks premium and professional from day one. Brand Colours Navy Blue: #0D1B4B Off White: #E8E6E0 What Needs to Be Built Course Structure, 12 weekly modules built inside Kajabi with a drip content schedule that unlocks each week on a set schedule. Clients must not be able to access the following week until it is unlocked. Each module will contain a combination of video lessons and MP3 guided breathing audio tracks. I will provide all video files and audio files ready to upload. The 12 week structure is as follows: Week 1 — Establishing Your Foundation. Calming the nervous system, reteaching the body the right signals and identifying location of breath movement. Week 2 — Optimising Sleep. Regulating the circadian rhythm through breath and nervous system work. Week 3 — Opening the Rib Cage. Thoracic spine mobility and expanding breath from the outside in. Week 4 — Full Functional Breathing. Intercostal breathing, back body opening and learning how to take a truly complete breath. Week 5 — Inspiratory Muscle Training. Strengthening the muscles that drive the inhale for deeper more effortless breathing. Week 6 — Expiratory Muscle Training. Building the muscles behind the exhale to complete the full breathing cycle. Week 7 — CO2 Tolerance Foundations. Introduction to carbon dioxide tolerance and why it is the missing key to calm. Week 8 — Advanced CO2 Tolerance. Building nervous system resilience through progressive carbon dioxide training. Week 9 — Morning Breath Flow. A daily movement and breathwork practice designed to release tension, shift stuck energy and clear physical and emotional blockages. Week 10 — Neurological Release. Introduction to TRE — Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises — a somatic practice that activates the body's natural tremor mechanism to discharge deep stress patterns held in the nervous system. Week 11 — Breathing Retraining in Practice. Integrating everything learned into a consistent daily breathing retraining system. Week 12 — Cementing the New Pattern. Locking in the new breathing baseline and preparing the nervous system for life after the program. Coaching Product — Set up a 1:1 coaching product inside Kajabi where each enrolled client can book up to 3 private sessions of 30 minutes each. I need to be able to set my availability and have automated confirmation and reminder emails go out to clients when they book. Zoom will be used for the actual calls so the Zoom link needs to be included in the confirmation email automatically. Course Description, The course description will be provided and needs to be formatted cleanly inside the platform matching the brand colours. Client Portal, The overall look and feel of the client portal needs to feel premium and professional. Navy blue and off white colour scheme throughout. Clean layout, easy navigation, my logo applied where relevant. I will provide the logo. Email Automations — Set up a welcome email that goes out automatically when a client enrols. Set up reminder emails for each week as content unlocks. Set up booking confirmation and reminder emails for the 1:1 coaching sessions. What I Will Provide All video files for each weekly module, all MP3 guided breathing audio tracks for each week, brand logo, brand colours, all written copy for the course description and module descriptions, and Zoom account details for coaching session integration. What I Need From You Proven experience building courses and coaching products inside Kajabi. A portfolio or examples of previous Kajabi builds. Clear communication throughout the project. Delivery within an agreed timeline. A short walkthrough video once the build is complete so I can manage and update the platform myself going forward. Ideal Candidate You have built multiple courses and coaching products inside Kajabi. You understand how drip content, product access rules and coaching schedulers work inside the platform. You are detail oriented, communicate clearly and deliver clean professional work without needing to be micromanaged. Budget Open to proposals.
