Karbon Specialist Required

We are a busy bookkeeping practice seeking a Karbon expert to help us review, update, and refine our workflows and processes within Karbon. Our goal is to ensure our team is working as efficiently as possible, with up-to-date templates, streamlined automations, and clearly structured task flows. What the role involves: *Reviewing current Karbon workflows and templates *Updating and standardising recurring work items (e.g., BAS, IAS, payroll, super, client onboarding) *Setting up checklists, automators, and custom fields *Reviewing and updating email templates, client requests, and task descriptions *Advising on best practices for bookkeeping and compliance workflows in Karbon *Ensuring processes are consistent, easy to follow, and aligned with a growing team environment What we’re looking for: *Proven experience with Karbon (must-have) *Experience working with bookkeeping or accounting practices (preferred) *Strong understanding of recurring compliance workflows language (e.g., payroll, BAS/IAS, superannuation, EOFY) *Ability to take existing workflows and clean them up, refine them, and build efficiencies *Eye for detail and a practical mindset for system improvements Deliverables: Updated and standardised Karbon workflows across core compliance areas Clear task templates with automators applied where possible Refined client request and communication templates Recommendations for additional improvements Other details: This is a project-based role to complete a round of updates.
