Keap to Go High Level (GHL) migration - 2 Businesses, Small List

Summary

We're migrating two small businesses off Keap (Infusionsoft) onto GoHighLevel. Combined contact list is ~35,500 contacts. We need someone who's done this before and can set things up correctly from day one - especially deliverability and automation flows and migrating the landing pages too. What the project includes • Export and clean the existing Keap contact list • Set up GHL account structure for 2 sub-accounts (CopyTrades+ Sportsbetting) • Import cleaned contacts with correct tagging/segmentation • DNS setup and deliverability configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC etc) •. Port over initial welcome flows • Build a 45-day re-engagement / sunset automation flow, plus manual sunsetting 1 time (deliverability is so bad we may need to run it through zerobounce or similar before we import into GHL, we'll make that decision together) • Build a basic weekly broadcast workflow (template-based) • Brief documentation so our VA can operate it independently Ideal candidate • Has migrated at least 3+ accounts to GHL before • Understands email deliverability — not just the platform setup • Fast — we want this done in under 2 weeks • Communicates clearly in English, async is fine, prefer North or South America, Europe, Australasia, Africa, or Phillipines. Budget: Could be hourly or fixed price, but we're expecting this initial cost at around $500 - $1,500, and then maybe 2-3 hours or so a week of ongoing maintenance and perhaps helping us out with other projects.
