Role Overview: We are looking for a talented Keynote Designer & InDesign Worksheet Design Expert to join our team and create visually stunning presentation templates and student worksheets for our training programs. This role requires someone with a keen eye for design, strong attention to detail to read our scripts and convey the training with powerful visuals, and the ability to transform educational content into engaging and easy-to-digest materials. Key Responsibilities: - Design high-quality Keynote presentation templates for training materials. - Create professional and visually appealing worksheets using Adobe InDesign. - Format and structure content provided by our team into well-organized, branded, and interactive designs. - Work closely with our CEO to apply revisions promptly and ensure brand consistency across all materials. - Manage weekly design tasks and deliver new content on a consistent schedule. - Ensure all designs are clear, engaging, and optimized for learning. Requirements: - Proficiency in Apple Keynote – must have experience designing compelling presentations. - Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign – must be able to create clean, professional, and structured worksheets. - Strong typography, layout, and branding skills with attention to detail. - Ability to follow a brand style guide to maintain consistency across all materials. - Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines. - Experience working with educational or training content is a plus. - Must be reliable, responsive and able to apply revisions quickly based on feedback. Project Timeline & Commitment: This is an ongoing contract with weekly content deliverables. Estimated 30 hours per week/6 hours per day. Must be available to work during Pacific Time.
