Khmer to English Translation and Caption

Category: Translation - Khmer Description: I have a 6:18 minute video with spoken Khmer audio (governor speech, Battambang province context). I need a native Khmer speaker to listen to the video, write out what is said in Khmer, translate it into English, and note roughly where in the video each part is spoken.
