KiFor Regional Charity Research and Outreach for July 23rd Legal Event
Worldwide
Contract Title KiFor Regional Charity Research and Outreach for July 23rd Legal Event Project Overview KiFor is seeking to identify a credible, under-recognised Japanese nonprofit organisation that may be featured on the KiFor website and considered as a possible donation recipient for a legal-sector event in Tokyo on July 23, 2026. The preferred organisation will be based outside Tokyo where possible and will support people facing legal, judicial, immigration, police, family-law, victim-support or administrative difficulties. Scope of Work Nana to: -Review the list of suggested organisations and select the five strongest candidates for KiFor. -Research and verify the five selected organisations. -Contact the five organisations in Japanese. -Introduce KiFor using the provided KiFor one-page summary and relevant outreach materials. -Explain that there is no guarantee of funding from the July 23 event. -Confirm whether each organisation is interested in being featured on the KiFor website. -Confirm whether each organisation may be interested in being considered as a possible donation recipient for the event. -Gather the information needed for KiFor to evaluate each organisation. -Follow up where appropriate. -Recommend the strongest organisation and identify suitable backup candidates. Nana may suggest alternative organisations if they appear to be a stronger fit. Information to Confirm Where reasonably possible, Nana to confirm: - whether the organisation is currently active - its legal entity type - whether it can receive private or corporate donations - whether its bank account is held in the organisation’s name - the main people it supports - the legal or administrative issues its beneficiaries face - the correct contact person - whether it is already heavily supported by major companies - whether it appears suitable for the KiFor mission - whether there are any significant safeguarding, governance or reputational concerns. For interested organisations, Nana will also confirm: -whether they agree in principle to be listed on the KiFor website with an English profile page -whether they can provide approved text, logo and safe images -whether they wish to be considered for the July 23 event -whether they can receive donations from companies or events -what approximately, in theory, an example of ¥100,000 could support -whether they can provide a short written impact report if funding is received -whether they can provide anonymised outcomes or approved activity photographs -whether they would be open to joining a short introductory call with KiFor. Deliverables -Research summary covering five selected organisations. -Outreach to all five organisations. -One recommended organisation. -Two or three backup candidates where possible. -One organisation that agrees in principle to become a KiFor-listed charity partner, where reasonably achievable. -Relevant contact details, notes and next steps. -A short written recommendation explaining the strongest fit. -An introductory call arranged where useful and appropriate. Nana to make a best effort to secure an interested organisation, but I am aware that final agreement depends on the organisation’s response and is not guaranteed. Communication Style - Outreach should be warm, respectful and non-sales-focused. - It must clearly state that: KiFor supports connections between companies, professional communities and trusted Japanese charities; the July 23 event may support a relevant nonprofit organisation; there is no guarantee of funding; the organisation does not need to attend the event; KiFor is also interested in increasing awareness of the organisation through an English profile page. Fee and Time Fixed fee: ¥30,000 Timing Progress may be slightly slower until the end of June due to the Nana's existing commitments. The work should still be completed with sufficient time for KiFor to prepare for the July 23, 2026 event. Confidentiality All non-public information and materials relating to KiFor, its partners, the event and the contacted organisations must be treated as confidential and used only for this project.
