Kicad 9.0 Design for nRF9151

1.    Create a compact, minimalist PCBA design for the Nordic Semi nRF9151 LTE modem chip.  2.    No external PMIC design needed - use the internal PMIC of nRF9151 3.     External u.fl connector for the antenna 4.    Design must be in KiCad 9.0 5.    Design should be delivered in a self-contained archive zip file and not require installation of additional libraries 6.    Design should follow Nordic Semiconductor recommendations for selection, placement, layout and routing 7.    Design will be fabricated at JLCPCB, and the design should be ready to deliver to JLCPCB 8.   All symbol properties should include a field with the correct LCSC/JLCPCB  “C” part number 9.    All footprints should be verified correct 10.   All generic parts (resistors, etc. Etc) should be selected from JLCPCB “basic” if possible 11.   No exotic or expensive parts should be used. Use multi-source generic parts 12.   Design must pass ERC  100% no errors 13.   Design must pass DRC 100% no errors for JLCPCB 4-layer standard capabilities (https://jlcpcb.com/capabilities/pcb-capabilities) 14. Documentation should be included to show that the design complies with the above requirements
