Kids' Book Editing and Proofreading

I've created a rough draft of a book — 37 pages in Canva (8.3" x 10.9"), about 90–120 words per page. It's a kids' book that teaches them how to fish, with about 12–13 illustrations. I'm looking for a designer who can clean up the text layout and make it look more professional and consistent. Feel free to look it over and fix or improve anything you notice — my skills in this field are little to none, so it's in your hands. The other thing I need help with is the illustrations. I've done what I can with AI, but there are some issues with inconsistent art style and other minor cosmetic things that need to be tidied up. I'd like this delivered as a print-ready PDF. My budget is $100–$175, and I'd prefer to have it done within a week, though I'm open to discussion — this is my first time using Upwork, so I'm not sure what a realistic timeline looks like for this type of project. If my budget needs adjusting, I'm open to that too. Feel free to ask any clarifying questions you have.
