Kids Illustrations needed (no AI)

Hello. I am a new author and have written two children's books. I will be selecting two artists/illustrators to create children's books illustrations. I am new so I need someone who is willing to build a relationship and work together with the allotted budget of $75 for 20 children's illustrations plus covers and formatting for KDP. I am happy to add your name as the illustrator if you'd like. Please do not respond if you are not willing to work within the budget. My characters are mostly African American or represent other diversity. I also need someone who is creative and understands how to put a children's book together in a unique and visually appealing way.
