# Kindle / EPUB Formatting Refinement Project I am looking for an experienced Kindle ebook formatter to refine an existing EPUB project. The ebook is a completed 30-day guided journal that has already been professionally formatted and converted to EPUB. Most of the work has been completed. I am looking for someone to review the existing files, compare them against the original design, and complete the remaining formatting refinements. The goal is not to redesign the ebook. The goal is to make the Kindle version match the original document as closely as reasonably possible while maintaining Kindle compatibility. ## Project Overview The final book is approximately 129 pages. The journal includes: * Approximately 40 pages of introductory content, instructional content, and front matter * 30 Morning Intention pages (same layout and structure used throughout) * 30 Evening Reflection pages (same layout and structure used throughout) * 4 Weekly Reflection pages * Quote/interstitial pages * Back matter Most of the remaining work appears to be refinement and consistency rather than major layout or structural changes. However, I am looking for an experienced formatter to review the files and recommend the most efficient path forward. ## Materials Available I can provide: * Original Word manuscript * Original PDF design/layout reference * Current EPUB files * Existing source files from the current formatter * Screenshots of sample pages ## Areas for Review Examples of remaining items include: * Font consistency throughout the ebook * Preserving the original sans-serif aesthetic where technically feasible within Kindle/EPUB limitations * Spacing and alignment consistency throughout the ebook * Fill-in lines and writing areas on journal pages * Header and subheader formatting * Comparison of the EPUB against the original PDF to identify formatting differences introduced during conversion * Overall quality-control review to ensure the Kindle version matches the original design as closely as reasonably possible ## Deliverables * Final Kindle-ready EPUB * Updated editable/source files * Brief summary of any platform limitations that prevent certain design elements from being replicated in Kindle When responding, please include: * Examples of Kindle/EPUB projects you've completed * Software you would use for this project * Whether you would continue from the existing files or recommend rebuilding portions of the project * Whether the existing source files would be helpful in continuing from the current version rather than starting over Fixed-price proposals preferred.
