Kit Email Marketing & Landing Page Setup for Author/Audiobook Launch I am an author preparing to launch a free serialized audiobook on YouTube and Spotify. I am looking for an experienced Kit (formerly ConvertKit) specialist to set up my author newsletter, subscriber landing page, and automated welcome sequence. The goal is to use the free audiobook as a way to build my email list and create a long-term audience for my books. Scope of Work I need help with: Setting up my Kit account correctly Creating a professional, visually appealing landing page/signup form for the free audiobook Incorporating my book cover, author branding, and promotional copy into the landing page Setting up subscriber tags/segments so I can identify people who joined through the audiobook campaign Creating an automated welcome email that is sent immediately after signup Adding links/buttons directing subscribers to listen on YouTube or Spotify Setting up an email sequence/automation for the audiobook series Creating a reusable email template for announcing new weekly audiobook episodes Ensuring the signup form and automation work correctly on desktop and mobile Helping connect the landing page/form to my author website and social media links, where appropriate Testing the entire subscriber journey from signup through delivery of the welcome email I will provide the book cover, audiobook information, author bio/branding, YouTube and Spotify links, and the written content needed for the emails. I am also open to recommendations for improving the subscriber experience. Ideal Freelancer You should have: Strong experience with Kit/ConvertKit Experience creating landing pages, forms, tags, sequences, and automations Understanding of email list building and lead/reader magnets Good visual/design judgment Experience working with authors, podcasters, musicians, or other creators is a plus Ability to explain the setup to a non-technical client Excellent communication and attention to detail This is primarily a one-time setup project, but there may be opportunities for additional work as the audiobook series and author newsletter grow.
