Seeking a reliable Kitchen Layout & 3D Rendering Specialist for ongoing work. The ideal candidate must be proficient in 2020 design software to create detailed kitchen layouts and 3D renderings. MUST USE CNC CABINET CATALOG AND PROVIDE ITEM LIST OF EACH CABINET TYPE SO I CAN MAKE DIRECT ORDER WITH MANUFACTURER. • Convert provided measurements and sketches into professional kitchen layouts. • Create dimensioned floor plans and cabinet elevations. • Produce cabinet specifications suitable for cabinet ordering. • Place appliances and verify clearances. • Generate 3–4 photorealistic 3D renderings. • Make revisions based on client feedback. • Deliver completed project within 2–3 days. I provide all field measurements, sketches, appliance specifications, and project direction. This is not a design-from-scratch role. I need an experienced kitchen specialist who can accurately convert my information into professional plans, cabinet layouts, and renderings for client approval and cabinet ordering.
