Summary

We are looking for an experienced Klaviyo specialist to conduct a comprehensive audit of our email marketing program and provide a prioritized optimization roadmap. The goal of this project is to identify opportunities to improve deliverability, list growth, automation performance, campaign effectiveness, segmentation, and overall revenue generated through Klaviyo. Scope of Work: Review account setup and configuration Analyze deliverability and sender reputation Audit all active flows and automations Review campaign strategy and performance Evaluate segmentation and audience management Assess popup and list growth performance Identify opportunities to improve attribution and reporting Provide a prioritized action plan with recommendations Deliverables: Written audit report Loom walkthrough summarizing findings List of high-impact opportunities ranked by priority 30/60/90-day optimization roadmap Ideal Candidate: Strong Klaviyo experience Deep understanding of ecommerce email marketing Experience with deliverability, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing Ability to identify both strategic and technical opportunities Please include examples of Klaviyo audits, account reviews, or ecommerce retention work completed for previous clients.
