DigitsUp is a retention-focused email and SMS marketing agency partnering with ecommerce brands to build and scale lifecycle marketing. We’re expanding our team and looking for an experienced Klaviyo Account Manager to take ownership of client accounts across strategy, execution, and performance. We are looking for a senior, client-facing Klaviyo Account Manager to take ownership of accounts across strategy, execution oversight, and performance management. This is not a junior execution role. You will not be designing emails or writing long-form copy yourself. You will lead strategy, define priorities, brief internal specialists, and ensure high-quality delivery. We are starting this role at approximately 5 hours per week, with room to expand based on performance and account growth. What You’ll Own - Serve as the primary strategic lead and point of contact for assigned accounts - Translate business objectives into clear lifecycle and campaign roadmaps - Oversee internal execution across flows, campaigns, reporting, and deliverability - Prioritize work, define scope, and maintain a high quality bar - Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities - Communicate clearly and confidently with clients Initial Focus (First 30 Days) We are intentionally focused on stabilization and clean execution before scaling. - Guide the development of a clear reporting framework that gives visibility into email performance and list health - Audit and optimize welcome flows and key lifecycle automations - Review email build quality and enforce design and structural consistency - Conduct a list audit with specific attention to unsubscribe drivers and list hygiene - Rationalize campaign cadence, improve segmentation, and enforce a proper QA gate on every send The goal in the first 30 days is simple: restore confidence through tighter controls, clear priorities, and visible progress. Ongoing Scope Once the foundation is stabilized, you will lead: - Lifecycle consistency across the full customer journey - Higher-quality, more segmented campaign strategy - Ongoing performance analysis and optimization - Email redesign and template improvements - Deliverability and reputation management - Post-purchase and retention automations
