Klaviyo Account Manager

About the role We're hiring a Klaviyo Account Manager to lead retention strategy for a portfolio of 6 to 7 DTC ecommerce brands (7, 8, and 9 figure revenue). This is a hands on copywriting role too. You write the subject lines, body copy, and CTAs yourself, using AI (Claude and ChatGPT) as leverage. If you don't actually write copy and prefer to direct copywriters, this isn't the right role for you. You'll also lead a small pod of two people (a designer and a Klaviyo implementation specialist who builds your work into the platform), own the client relationships, and set the retention strategy for each brand. We're looking to hire within the next 1-2 months. What you'll own Retention strategy for 6 to 7 DTC clients (flow architecture, campaign calendars, segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing) Copywriting (subject lines, body, CTAs) using our AI prompt libraries as leverage. The words come from you. Client relationships, including weekly calls or written reports A pod of two (designer + Klaviyo implementation specialist) Quality control on everything that ships under your name Hard requirements Hands on copywriting experience for marketing emails. You write copy yourself and have samples to show.
