Scope of Work: We need help creating and optimizing the following Klaviyo campaigns and flows: 1. Abandoned Cart Flow 2 abandoned cart emails 2 abandoned cart SMS messages Strong copywriting and layout focused on recovering lost sales Proper timing, triggers, and optimization 2. Welcome Series 1 email introducing our company, products, and value proposition 1 email focused on social media, education, and helpful resources Professional B2B tone that builds trust with contractors and buyers 3. Monthly Newsletter Design and structure a reusable monthly newsletter template Help create a strategy for product highlights, promotions, education, and pro tips/tricks content 4. Customer Segmentation Properly set up Klaviyo segmentation based on customer type Organize audiences for more targeted email and SMS marketing Recommend best practices for future campaign targeting Ideal Freelancer Must Have: Proven experience with Klaviyo Experience setting up email and SMS flows Strong email design and copywriting skills Ability to optimize campaigns for conversions Understanding of B2B eCommerce is preferred We are looking for someone who can not only set up the campaigns, but also provide recommendations to improve performance, increase engagement, and drive more repeat purchases.
