Klaviyo Email Designer + Flow Builder for Luxury Women's Wellness Brand (Supplements)

We're Hormonia, a luxury women's wellness supplement brand (inositol and creatine gummies) built on a warm, premium, founder-led aesthetic — think elevated and editorial, not typical DTC-supplement loud. We're launching our email and SMS program from zero. Nothing is currently sending. What we need We have all our email copy written and ready (delivered via Google Drive). We need an experienced Klaviyo specialist to design these emails beautifully and build the entire system out in Klaviyo, connected to our Shopify store. This is a full build — we're starting with an empty account. Scope Design: Custom, on-brand HTML email templates matching our visual identity (we'll provide brand colors, logo, product photography, and reference designs). These need to be genuinely well-designed — not plain text, not a stock template — while staying clean and conversion-focused. We care equally about "beautiful" and "converts." Build in Klaviyo: Set up and configure the following flows end to end — triggers, time delays, conditional splits, and testing: New subscriber / welcome series "Thanks for subscribing — here's your code" (welcome offer) Abandoned cart Browse abandon Post-purchase (confirmation, shipping, review request) Replenishment / reorder Winback (lapsed customers) Sunset flow (list hygiene / deliverability) Subscription lifecycle (we offer subscribe-and-save) Campaigns: Build out our promotional calendar as reusable, designed templates — seasonal sales (Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Memorial Day), awareness days (International Women's Day, National Creatine Day), and recurring monthly promos. SMS: Build the accompanying SMS messages in Klaviyo for the flows where we've written them (abandoned cart, replenishment, promos). You must have Demonstrable Klaviyo experience — this is not a role for someone learning the platform. Please share specific flows/accounts you've built. A portfolio of email designs you've personally designed and coded. We want to see visual quality. Shopify + Klaviyo integration experience. Klaviyo SMS experience. Solid HTML email skills (must render correctly across Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook, mobile). Attention to deliverability best practices. Nice to have Experience with supplement, beauty, or wellness brands. Familiarity with FDA/FTC compliance for supplement marketing (structure/function vs. disease claims). We keep final approval on all claims, but someone who can flag risky language is a plus. Conversion-rate optimization experience — we want these built to convert, and we welcome data-backed suggestions on structure, subject lines, and send timing.
