Klaviyo Email Designer & Flow Specialist (Multi-Brand, Ongoing)

We're a growth marketing agency working with multiple ecommerce and service-based brands across the US, UK, Australia, and Canada. We're looking for a Klaviyo expert to take full ownership of email design and flow performance across several client accounts. What you'll be doing: - Designing 6-7 newsletters per month across multiple brands, each with its own visual identity and tone - Building, auditing, and optimizing Klaviyo flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.) - Reviewing campaign and flow performance data (open rate, click rate, revenue per recipient) and making ongoing improvements - Managing your tasks and deadlines through Asana What we need from you: - A strong portfolio of email designs, this is not just a technical role, the design quality has to be genuinely good - Solid hands-on experience with Klaviyo flow building and optimization (not just campaign sends) - Comfort working across multiple brands and switching visual style/tone between them - Experience using Asana or similar project management tools - Ability to start immediately Nice to have: Experience with Mailchimp (candidates with this will be prioritized)
