We're an e-commerce email marketing agency seeking a dedicated email designer to join our team. Individual designers only - no agencies, please. Your Role: Design captivating emails that align perfectly with our clients' brand identities Deliver flawless, brand-consistent designs Optimize your workflow while maintaining exceptional quality Grow from constructive feedback to enhance your skills and reduce errors Show curiosity through thoughtful questions about your role and client objectives What You'll Need: Email design expertise using Figma, particularly in e-commerce Must submit a portfolio of email design work for consideration Excellence in maintaining brand cohesion, layout, and design principles Strong time management and deadline-oriented mindset Work Details: Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00 (German Time) / Flexible but with Fixed Hours to be around.
