Klaviyo Email Expert — Italian-Language Health & Wellness Store

We're a fast-growing DTC ecommerce brand in the health & wellness / orthopedic space, selling to customers across Italy. We're looking for an experienced email marketer to own our email channel and turn it into a real revenue driver. What you'll do: Build and optimize core flows: welcome series, abandoned cart / checkout recovery, post-purchase, win-back, and review requests Plan and write campaign emails in native Italian (promotions, product education, seasonal) Improve open rates, CTR, and revenue-per-email through testing (subject lines, segments, send times) Segment our list and clean deliverability You're a great fit if you have: ✅ Native or fluent Italian (copy must read naturally, not translated) ✅ Proven email marketing experience for ecommerce — ideally health, wellness, beauty, or supplements ✅ Hands-on with Klaviyo (or similar — Shopify Email, Omnisend) ✅ Strong copywriting + a track record of measurable results (please share numbers) Nice to have: Experience with Shopify stores Basic design sense for email layout To apply: Share 2–3 examples of email flows/campaigns you've run for ecommerce brands, and a short note on results you drove (revenue %, open/click rates).
