Klaviyo Email Flow Update — Figma Design + Klaviyo Build

A performance apparel brand based in Australia has just relaunched with a new product line, updated positioning, and fresh creative direction. The existing Klaviyo email flows need to be updated to reflect the relaunch — new copy, new product photography, and refreshed branding throughout. All copy is written and provided. This is primarily an executional job — we're not looking for a redesign. That said, if you spot something based on experience that could be improved, we're open to hearing it. The work is in two parts: • Part A — Figma (12-hour turnaround) Update all email designs in Figma with the new copy and imagery. Product images will be provided as a file set — you'll select the most appropriate shots per email based on context. You can also reference the live site for hero and product imagery. No creative decisions required beyond image selection — accuracy and attention to detail is everything here. • Part B — Klaviyo (24-hour turnaround, begins once Part A is approved) Export finalised assets from Figma and update the live Klaviyo flows. Flows are already built — this is an update, not a rebuild. Flows in scope: Welcome (6 emails), Abandoned Browse (3), Abandoned Cart (5), Abandoned Checkout (7), Abandoned Site (2). 23 emails total. Requirements: • Proven Klaviyo experience — must have done this before, please include examples • Figma proficient • Fluent written English — copy will be provided but needs to be implemented exactly as written • Fast, reliable, communicates proactively • Available to start immediately • Add KLAVIYO to the top of your application.
