Klaviyo Email Marketing Assistant Needed for Shopify Fitness Brand — Campaigns, Creative, Copy & Flows We are a growing Shopify ecommerce brand selling premium gym grips, training gloves and fitness accessories. I’m looking for a Klaviyo email marketing assistant for a 2-month trial. This is not just a technical Klaviyo setup role. I need someone who can help with the creative and content side too. You must be able to suggest email ideas, write copy, design/build emails in Klaviyo, schedule campaigns, and improve flows without needing me to spoon-feed every detail. The role will start at around 3-4 hours per week. Weekly tasks: * Create and schedule 1–2 Klaviyo email campaigns per week * Come up with campaign ideas based on products, offers, reviews, best sellers, customer problems and brand story * Write strong ecommerce email copy * Design/build clean branded emails inside Klaviyo * Improve or build flows gradually each week * Help with subject lines, preview text and basic segmentation * Keep emails on-brand, not spammy or generic Flow work may include: * Welcome flow * Abandoned cart flow * Browse abandonment flow * Post-purchase flow * Review request flow * Win-back flow * VIP/repeat customer flow * Product education flows *Birthday flow We need someone who understands ecommerce, Shopify and Klaviyo. Experience with fitness, sports, apparel, supplements, beauty, wellness or DTC brands would be a big bonus. Important: I am looking for someone affordable, practical and proactive. I do not want a big agency or a high monthly retainer right now. This is a trial role, but if it works well, there may be ongoing weekly work. Please apply with: 1.
