Klaviyo & Email Marketing Lead — Shopify Plus, 7 EU Markets (Full-time, Remote)

We're a growing e-commerce brand selling across 7 European markets (NL, DE, FR, ES, IT, UK, SE) on Shopify Plus. Email is one of our most important channels and we're looking for someone to own it end to end, full-time. Not to push out weekly campaigns, but to build and run an email program that runs like a system. What you'll own Our entire Klaviyo setup: flows, segmentation, campaigns, and deliverability across all 7 markets Rebuilding and maintaining our flow architecture (welcome, nurture, sunset, win-back) instead of burst-then-silence sending Deliverability health: inbox placement, list hygiene, sender reputation, engagement-based segmentation Orchestrating multi-market copy (you don't write native copy in 7 languages yourself, you direct native freelancers / AI and own the structure, timing, and quality) Reporting on what actually moves revenue, and documenting everything so the system doesn't live in one person's head The situation you're walking into Our deliverability has slipped over recent months. Open rates sit around 20% and our Klaviyo deliverability score is "Fair". The root cause isn't technical, it's our sending pattern: new leads get a burst of emails, then months of silence, then a cold discount blast a few times a year. We know what's broken. We need someone to fix it properly and keep it healthy. You're a strong fit if you Have hands-on Klaviyo experience and can show a concrete case where you improved open rate and inbox placement (this is our #1 filter) Think in flow architecture, not one-off campaigns Can segment on Shopify Plus data: customer_id, order history, engagement Are comfortable in a multi-market setup and not overwhelmed by 7 countries Work independently, document as you go, and think like an owner Nice to have Experience with Shopify Plus, deliverability tooling, and DTC / e-commerce Comfort coordinating multilingual copy and external freelancers What we offer Full ownership of a core revenue channel A team that knows what it wants and communicates clearly To apply Send us one concrete example where you rebuilt or rescued an email program: what was broken, what you changed, and what happened to open rate and inbox placement.
