Klaviyo Email Marketing Setup for Shopify Store — Flows, Copywriting & AI Visuals

We are looking for an experienced email marketing specialist to set up a complete professional email marketing system for a Shopify website. The project includes email strategy, Klaviyo setup, automated flows, professional copywriting, branded email design, and AI-generated visuals or image direction for each flow. We need someone who understands Shopify ecommerce, customer journeys, conversion-focused email flows, and retention marketing. Scope of Work: Klaviyo / Email Platform Setup Connect Klaviyo with Shopify Configure sender settings Set up branded email templates Create customer segments Set up signup forms / popups Test all integrations and events Email Flow Strategy Create the automation structure for key ecommerce flows, including: Welcome Flow Abandoned Cart Flow Abandoned Checkout Flow Browse Abandonment Flow Post-Purchase Flow Customer Education / Nurture Flow Review Request Flow Replenishment or Repeat Purchase Flow Winback Flow Optional VIP / Repeat Customer Flow Copywriting For each email, we need: Subject line Preview text Headline Body copy CTA copy Product/benefit sections Footer copy where needed The copy should be clear, professional, brand-aligned, and conversion-focused. Email Design Create mobile-responsive email designs Use brand colors, fonts, layout, and visual style Design clean, professional email templates Ensure emails look good on desktop and mobile Use a premium ecommerce layout, not basic plain templates AI Images / Visuals We also need AI-generated images or professional image direction for the email flows. Images should match the brand style and support the message of each email. The freelancer should be able to create or guide visuals for welcome emails, abandoned cart emails, post-purchase emails, education emails, and promotional/retention emails.
