Klaviyo Email Designer + Flow Builder — complete launch setup for DTC intimates brand Ongoing flow + campaign work after launch for the right person. Overview: We're a UK direct-to-consumer intimates brand launching soon. The email copy and flow strategy are already written, finalised, and compliance-checked — we need someone to design and build our complete Klaviyo email foundation for launch, on-brand and mobile-first. This is a build-to-spec job, not a strategy or copywriting job. You'll be handed a complete brief (copy, structure, timing, segments, brand colours, fonts, logo, and claim rules). Scope — the complete Klaviyo setup: Account foundation: Klaviyo ↔ Shopify integration Deliverability: dedicated sending domain + DKIM / SPF / DMARC authentication Signup pop-up form (feeds the Welcome flow) + list and segment structure 1–2 reusable master templates for future campaigns Launch flows (build now) — in funnel order: Welcome flow (5 emails) — Email 1 branched across 6 subscriber segments (dynamic content by a profile property), Emails 2–5 shared with a segment-based dynamic hero block. Includes a coupon with a 7-day expiry and a flow filter. Browse abandonment flow (2 emails) — viewed a product, didn't add to cart. Abandoned cart flow (2 emails) — added to cart, didn't start checkout. Abandoned checkout flow (3 emails) — started checkout, didn't complete. Back-in-stock flow (1 email) — single SKU across sizes; sizes will sell out and this recovers those buyers. Post-purchase + review-request flow (3 emails). Note for the builder: flows 2–4 overlap (browse → cart → checkout are the same funnel). Set flow filters / exclusions so one person is never hit by all three at once — the deeper action wins. Phase 2 flows (scoped now, built once we have customer data — priced separately): 7. Winback / sunset flow — re-engage lapsed subscribers and buyers. 8. VIP / repeat-buyer flow — reward and re-order prompts for repeat customers. 9. Birthday / anniversary flow — optional. Deliverables: All launch-flow emails (16) designed on-brand and built in our Klaviyo account. Account foundation complete: Shopify integration, deliverability/domain authentication, signup form, segments. Mobile-responsive, tested in Klaviyo's preview + a real inbox. Dynamic content / segment logic wired correctly (we'll explain the property). Flow triggers, delays, filters and exclusions set exactly to the brief. 1–2 reusable master templates so we can build campaigns from them later. A short Loom walkthrough of how it's set up. You must have: 1)Proven Klaviyo experience (this is essential — please link Klaviyo flows you've built). 2)A DTC/ecommerce email design portfolio (show a welcome flow and an abandoned-cart flow). 3)Strong, clean, premium email design sense (minimal, editorial, not busy). 4)Ability to follow a claims/compliance rule sheet exactly (we sell apparel with strict wording rules — you must not change approved copy). Nice to have: retention/email marketing results (revenue-per-recipient, open/click rates), UK/EU brand experience. Brand: premium, minimal, warm. Colours mauve + cream, fonts Jost + DM Sans, wordmark SHAPSS. We'll provide brand assets.
