Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist for LGBTQ+ Lifestyle & Ecommerce Brand

We’re looking for an experienced Klaviyo email marketing specialist to help build, optimize, and deploy high-converting email campaigns and automated flows for a fast-growing lifestyle/ecommerce brand. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern email marketing strategy, compelling copy, audience segmentation, and ecommerce customer journeys. What We Need Help With: * Building and optimizing Klaviyo flows/sequences * Creating and scheduling email campaigns * Audience segmentation and list management * Designing clean, engaging email layouts * Improving open rates, click-through rates, and conversions * A/B testing subject lines and campaign performance * Setting up automations for welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc. * Maintaining consistent brand voice and campaign cadence Ideal Experience: * Strong experience with Klaviyo * Ecommerce and DTC email marketing background * Understanding of retention marketing strategies * Experience with Shopify integrations preferred * Graphic/design eye is a plus * Ability to work quickly and communicate clearly To Apply: Please share: * Examples of Klaviyo campaigns or flows you’ve created * Brands or industries you’ve worked with * Results you’ve helped generate (open rates, revenue, etc.) * Your availability over the next 30–60 days Looking for someone reliable, strategic, creative, and proactive who can become an ongoing partner.
