Klaviyo / Email Marketing Specialist

We run a health and ecommerce brand. Our storefront is built on Lovable and Klaviyo is already integrated and receiving signup, cart and order events. We need a Klaviyo specialist to build two core flows and adapt a set of pre-designed emails to our brand. All in English. This is a build and adaptation job. The email designs already exist. Your work is to build the flows in Klaviyo and update the existing designs to be specific to our brand and products. What we need built new: - Sign up / welcome flow (Current flows provided in Figma) - Abandoned cart flow (Current flows provided in Figma) - 8 sets of emails that are already designed. These need updating to be client-specific (our branding, copy, products and links) and built into Klaviyo. Your job: Build the sign up and abandoned cart flows in Klaviyo, including triggers, timing, branching and filters. Take our 8 pre-designed email sets and adapt them to our brand, then build them into Klaviyo. Set up the segments and triggers the flows depend on. QA everything before handover. Test sends, conditional splits, links and dynamic content. Requirements: Strong Klaviyo build experience. Portfolio required. Experience working with Klaviyo on non-Shopify or custom/headless storefronts is a plus, since our site is a custom build, not WooCommerce or Shopify. Genuine email design skill. We are adapting existing designs, so you need a good eye for clean, on-brand, professional templates that look right on desktop and mobile. Precise and detail oriented. We need our designs and specs followed accurately. Please include in your application: Share 2 or 3 Klaviyo email templates you have designed and built. Links or images. Briefly describe your process for adapting a provided email design and building a flow, including how you QA before going live. Applications without design samples will be skipped.
