Klaviyo Email Marketing & E-commerce Assistant – Shopify / Fashion & Retail

We’re an Australian children’s footwear brand, looking for an experienced Klaviyo and e-commerce assistant to join our team on an ongoing basis. Klaviyo/email marketing is a key part of this role. We’re looking for someone who has hands-on experience creating effective EDMs and automated flows for an e-commerce brand, ideally within fashion, footwear, retail or a similar product-based business. You should also be highly confident working with Shopify and Canva. Key responsibilities: Create and schedule Klaviyo email campaigns/EDMs Write and format engaging, on-brand email content Build, update and optimise Klaviyo automated flows Create email graphics and other marketing assets in Canva Manage products, collections, promotions and general updates in Shopify Assist with product launches, promotions and other e-commerce tasks Support general day-to-day e-commerce operations Essential experience You must have strong hands-on experience with: Klaviyo - campaigns, EDMs and automated flows Email copywriting for e-commerce/retail customers Shopify Canva Excellent written English Strong attention to detail Experience working with a fashion, footwear, retail or consumer e-commerce brand is highly desirable. Nice to have Experience with any of the following is a bonus: Starshipit or similar shipping platforms Meta Ads Google Ads Faire Wholesale Gorilla or similar wholesale platforms To apply: Please answer the screening questions and provide examples of Klaviyo/email marketing work you've personally created for e-commerce brands.
