About Organic Marketing Organic Marketing is a social commerce agency that grows eCommerce brands through creator communities, affiliate programs, TikTok Shop, paid Meta, and offer optimization. Email and SMS retention is the next layer we're building out for our client portfolio — and we're looking for someone who lives inside Klaviyo and treats revenue-per-recipient like a sport. The Role You'll own email and retention execution across multiple DTC client accounts (supplements, beauty, health, and lifestyle brands). That means building and optimizing the core flows, planning and shipping campaigns, keeping deliverability healthy, and reporting on the number that matters: how much revenue email drives. You won't be guessing — you'll be testing, reading the data, and iterating. This is a hands-on operator role, not a strategy-only seat. What You'll Do Flows Build and optimize core Klaviyo flows: Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Winback, Sunset, and Replenishment Map flow logic, conditional splits, and timing to each brand's customer journey Continuously A/B test subject lines, offers, send timing, and creative Campaigns Plan, build, and schedule promotional, product launch, and seasonal campaigns Write conversion-focused email copy (subject lines, preview text, body, CTAs) Build clean, responsive, on-brand email layouts in Klaviyo's editor Strategy, Data & Deliverability Own segmentation strategy and ongoing list hygiene Manage deliverability: sender reputation, warming, spam/complaint rates, and inbox placement Report weekly on open/click rates, placed-order rates, revenue per recipient, and % of total revenue from email Keep Shopify ↔ Klaviyo integrations and data flowing correctly What You Bring 2+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience (flows and campaigns — not just one) Proven DTC/eCommerce results you can point to (revenue driven, not just "managed accounts") Strong email copywriting instincts and an eye for clean design Solid grasp of email deliverability fundamentals Shopify familiarity Comfort in a fast-moving, multi-client agency environment Excellent written English and reliable async communication Bonus Points Klaviyo SMS, Postscript, or Attentive experience Design chops (Figma / Canva) Experience with supplement, beauty, or health brands Familiarity with direct-response copy frameworks How We Work Fully remote, async-friendly, outcome-driven. You'll work alongside our creative and paid teams, and you'll have the autonomy to run retention the right way. We move fast, we document, and we reward operators who own their numbers.
