Klaviyo Email & SMS Flow Specialist — E-Commerce (4 Flows, 12 Emails + SMS)

We need an experienced Klaviyo specialist to implement 4 pre-written email flows plus a full SMS abandoned cart sequence for an e-commerce brand. All copy is written. All strategy is defined. We need clean, professional execution in Klaviyo — nothing more. Scope of work: Email: — Build 4 flows in Klaviyo: Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Win-Back — 12 emails total, all copy provided — Set up triggers, delays, and send conditions per our spec sheet — Configure flow filters (purchase suppression, smart sending, 16hr cap) — Create discount codes as single-use dynamic codes (not static) — Set up A/B subject line tests on Email 1 of each flow — Build 4 segments per our defined logic (full spec provided upon hire) — QA every flow before handoff — test sends, preview renders, mobile check SMS: — Set up Klaviyo SMS (or advise on best provider integration — Postscript, Attentive, etc.) — Implement 3-message abandoned cart SMS sequence (copy provided) — Configure SMS consent capture and compliance (TCPA/GDPR) — Set SMS send windows (no sends outside 9am–8pm recipient local time) — Coordinate SMS + email timing so flows don't overlap or cannibalize — QA all SMS sends — character counts, link tracking, opt-out footer What we provide: — Complete copy for all 12 emails and full SMS sequence — Full timing logic and trigger spec for both email and SMS — Discount codes and expiry rules — Brand guidelines shared under NDA upon hire — Klaviyo account access upon hire Requirements: — Minimum 3 years Klaviyo experience — Proven SMS flow implementation (show examples) — Portfolio showing high-ticket DTC work — Able to start within 48 hours — Strong attention to detail — rendering must be flawless — Reply with the word FLOWS at the start of your proposal Open to your expertise: If you have experience optimizing Klaviyo flows for high-ticket DTC brands and see opportunities we haven't considered — we want to hear them.
