Klaviyo Email QA Specialist (Agency, In-House Role)

We're a fast-growing email marketing agency serving Shopify and ecommerce brands. We run full email management for our clients: strategy, copywriting, design, and Klaviyo implementation. We're looking for a Klaviyo-savvy specialist to own quality control and final send approval across all of our client campaigns. Read this part carefully, because it's important. This is an internal agency production role, not a brand-side or account-management role. You will not own a client's email strategy, manage a brand's account, or talk to clients. We already handle strategy and client relationships in-house. Your job is to work inside our production system, across many client accounts, and be the expert last line of defense before any campaign goes live. Must-haves (non-negotiable) - Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Figma, and ClickUp. This is not optional. If you have not worked in all three, this role is not a fit. - A real understanding of ecommerce email marketing (campaigns vs flows, what makes a campaign perform) - Sharp eye for detail, the kind that catches the missing period and the broken link before a client ever sees it - Excellent written English - Basic design sense (you won't design, but you know when something looks off) - Organized, reliable, and able to follow SOPs without hand-holding, and happy working as part of a team rather than solo Details Part-time to start (around 20 to 30 hrs/week), with room to grow into full-time Long-term role for the right person How to apply Include a 1 to 2 minute intro video talking about your experience with email marketing, specifically your hands-on work in Klaviyo, Figma, and ClickUp.
