Klaviyo Email Specialist for Shopify Store (Ongoing 15+ hrs/week)

We're a fast-growing ecommerce brand that recently migrated to Shopify, and we're looking for a Klaviyo specialist to take ownership of our email marketing and help us scale it properly. Right now our flows and campaigns need a serious upgrade. We want someone who can come in, audit what we have, rebuild it the right way, and keep it running and improving week over week. What you'll be doing: Building and optimizing core Klaviyo flows (welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, etc.) Designing and scheduling regular campaign sends Making sure our Shopify and Klaviyo integration is firing correctly and capturing the right data Segmenting our list for better targeting and higher engagement A/B testing subject lines, content, and send times Reporting on performance and bringing ideas to grow revenue from email What we're looking for: Proven Klaviyo experience with examples of flows and campaigns you've built Strong understanding of Shopify and how it connects to Klaviyo Solid copywriting and design sense, or the ability to work cleanly within our brand Self-directed and reliable, comfortable owning this channel without heavy hand-holding Available at least 15 hours per week on an ongoing basis
