Klaviyo Expert - Automated Email & SMS Flows

We're looking for a CRM specialist to design, build and optimise automated email and SMS flows that drive engagement, retention and conversion for a Luxury Giveaway company. You'll own the lifecycle marketing engine end to end — from mapping customer journeys to launching the automations and reporting on what's working. What you'll do - Build automated email and SMS flows across the customer lifecycle (welcome, onboarding, abandoned cart, win-back, post-purchase, re-engagement and more) - Map and segment audiences to deliver the right message at the right time - Manage deliverability, list health, opt-ins and compliance (Spam Act / privacy requirements) What we're looking for - Proven experience building automated email and SMS journeys, ideally in Klaviyo. - Strong grasp of segmentation, personalisation and lifecycle marketing - Understanding of email/SMS deliverability and Australian compliance requirements Detail-oriented, self-directed and able to move quickly Nice to have HTML/CSS for email templating Experience with e-commerce Familiarity with integrations and data syncing between platforms
