Klaviyo Expert & Developer Needed for Custom E-Commerce Flows (B2B/B2C)

Project Overview We are DTFATL, Atlanta's premier custom print partner, and we are looking for a talented Klaviyo expert and developer to help us build out a robust email marketing ecosystem. We specialize in Direct-to-Film transfers, custom apparel, and signs, serving a diverse group of customers that includes many B2B clients and local apparel decorators. For this project, I have already created a detailed outline and strategy for the exact campaigns and flows we need. Your role will be to take my outline and bring it to life inside Klaviyo. The Requirements We want to go beyond basic drag-and-drop templates. We are looking for a fully custom-coded solution using HTML, CSS, and advanced Klaviyo Liquid to ensure the emails match our brand perfectly and provide a highly dynamic, personalized experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will involve building a complete and healthy lifecycle flow ecosystem based exactly on the outline provided. You will need to design and code responsive HTML emails, set up custom Liquid variables to show things like abandoned cart items or B2B specific messaging, and carefully configure all triggers and conditional splits so the right people get the right emails. Thorough testing across different devices and email clients is also a must. The Scope The scope of the project will cover standard but complex flows. This includes a segmented welcome series, site and browse abandonment, checkout recovery, and a post-purchase series. We will also need replenishment flows, which are crucial for our decorators who regularly buy supplies, as well as winback and VIP campaigns. To be a great fit for this, you should have a proven track record of building complex, high-converting Klaviyo flows and strong HTML and CSS skills specifically for email. You will need a deep understanding of Klaviyo's backend and Liquid tags, along with a good eye for e-commerce design.
