We're looking for an experienced Klaviyo expert to become a long-term partner in optimizing our email marketing—not someone looking for a one-time setup project. Our Klaviyo account is already established, but we know there are opportunities to improve performance. We're looking for someone who can perform a comprehensive audit, prioritize the biggest opportunities, and implement improvements over time. What you'll work on: Conduct a full audit of our Klaviyo account Review and optimize email flows Improve customer segmentation Optimize and test website pop-ups/forms Identify gaps and recommend best practices Implement improvements gradually based on impact Monitor performance and continuously refine campaigns We're looking for someone who: Has proven experience managing Klaviyo accounts for ecommerce brands Understands email marketing strategy, deliverability, segmentation, and automation Can explain recommendations and execute them Takes a proactive approach by identifying opportunities instead of waiting for instructions Is interested in building a long-term working relationship Important We are not looking for someone to completely rebuild our Klaviyo account from scratch. Instead, we want an expert who can audit our existing setup, prioritize what matters most, and continuously improve our email marketing over time.
